Don’t stop now. Keep praying. Keep believing. Keep moving.
There is power in prayer.
Christ Jesus repeatedly taught this truth throughout Scripture:
“According to your faith let it be done to you.”
Faith is not wishful thinking.
Faith is trusting God enough to keep taking the next step, even when you cannot yet see the destination.
1 Corinthians 2:9 reminds us:
“No eye has seen, no ear has heard, and no mind has imagined what God has prepared for those who love Him.”
Never forget this truth.
One of the greatest temptations during a difficult season is to believe that nothing is happening.
But think about a seed.
For weeks, it looks like the ground is empty.
Yet beneath the surface, roots are growing before the tree can rise.
God often works the same way.
Years ago, I prayed earnestly about a career opportunity. I had a picture in my mind of what I wanted God to do.
He answered.
Just not in the way I expected.
The opportunity He opened was far greater than the one I had been praying for. It stretched me, grew me, and placed me in rooms I never imagined I would enter.
Looking back, I realized God was preparing me. And of course,
He is still preparing me for what is ahead!
If you are waiting today:
• Pray with expectation.
• Read His Word daily.
• Keep building your skills.
• Keep serving faithfully.
• Keep applying.
• Keep showing up.
Do everything you can in your human strength.
Then trust God to do what only He can do.
The chapter you’re living today is not the whole story.
God is still writing.
And when He opens the right door, you will understand why the others stayed closed.
God is not done with you.
