Don’t crush curiosity with constant criticism.
Do cultivate courage with encouragement.
7/ The leader
Don’t leave people emotionally exhausted.
Do leave them believing they can achieve more than they thought possible.
Years from now, your title will belong to someone else.
Your office will be occupied by someone else.
Your email will be deactivated.
But the confidence you built,
the hope you restored,
the opportunities you created,
the courage you inspired,
and the lives you lifted…
Those will become your true legacy.
